Universiteti Barleti mori pjesë në takimin kick-off të projektit Research Universities (RES-UNI), i cili koordinohet nga Universiteti Fırat dhe bashkëfinancohet nga Bashkimi Evropian në kuadër të programit Erasmus+ për Ndërtimin e Kapaciteteve në Arsimin e Lartë.

Barleti University participated in the kick-off meeting of the Research Universities (RES-UNI) project, coordinated by Fırat University and co-funded by the European Union under the Erasmus+ Capacity Building in Higher Educationprogramme.

The meeting was successfully held in Elazığ, Türkiye, from 14–16 April 2025, with the participation of partner institutions from the Western Balkans and European Union countries.

As one of the Albanian partners in this project, Barleti University was represented by members of its academic staff, who actively contributed to the discussions and working sessions.

During the meeting, participants discussed in detail the main objectives of the project, the work packages, and the planning of activities for the next phases of implementation.

The organizing team from Fırat University presented an overview of the RES-UNI project, while participants had the opportunity to visit the Digital Transformation Office and the Distance Learning Center, gaining first-hand insight into the advanced practices and experiences in these fields.

The participation of Barleti University in this meeting further strengthened its international cooperation and institutional commitment to supporting digital transformation and promoting academic quality in higher education.

This multilateral collaboration represents an important step towards the development of research and innovation capacities across universities in the region.
