Closure of the training phase of the project "Soft Skills beyond academic knowledge: local training to improve the quality of local governance"
On 23.11.2012, was closed the training phase of the project "Soft Skills" for three cycles of lectures (Project Cycle Management, Financial Management, Information Technology, Professional English Language) realized in county of Shushicë, Krujë and Fushe Kruje . These trainings were organized according to the activities planned in the project 18 training cycles, modulated in Soft Skills.
For the realization of training a special attention was paid to that part of knowledge which was necessary to be transmitted to the staff of these countries. Basic factor that determines the selection of the material to be treated during training, it was the age of the audience and their qualification. All trainings were conducted under the guidance of experts in relevant fields.
During Trainings was held an interactive debate between the leaders of the training cycle and local government staff. These trainings were open, and with the active participation of local government staff, during which selected techniques from the trainers made attractive the atmosphere, on both sides.
