INTERNATIONAL STAFF WEEK IN VALLE DE ELDA, SPAIN
The international staff week in Valle de Elda, Spain, was represented by administrative staff Silva Metaj and Alma Gjoni. The main activities carried out in this mobility were the introductions of the universities by each participant, the programs offered by these universities, and short seminars held for the staff, aiming to help the participating staff to improve their skills and competences.
During this mobility, the staff participated in additional professional activities, such as visiting the premises of the institute, laboratories where students’ practice was conducted, attending lectures in which participants shared their experiences with students and teachers of the work field, attending the conference on innovation and internationalization programs etc.
