Within the framework of Erasmus+, Michele Biring-Pani traveled to the University of Szczecin on staff mobility, that was hosted by Małgorzata Kopalska, Deputy Head of the International Relations Office, where she met with a delegation of representatives from several universities: the University of Lagos, Kyiv National University of Trade and Economics (КНТЕУ), Technical University of Mombasa – TUM, and Universiteti “Ukshin Hoti” Prizren.
Prof. Halina Budis showed her around the genetics laboratory in the Center for Human Structural and Functional Research in the Institute of Physical and Culture Sciences where she also met with young researchers graduating in genetics and sports for training and held a discussion regarding future collaboration.
At the Faculty of Humanities, Michele attended a workshop where they discussed the impact of AI on universities and also visited the Doctoral School to discuss new mobility opportunities for doctoral students.
The week wrapped up at the Faculty of Social Sciences where Michele visited the art studio at the Institute of Pedagogy and met with Dr. Natalia Maksymowicz, Prof. of Anthropology, to discuss Erasmus' exchanges and experiences.
