Use your rights!
BIRD Institute and "University Barleti" (UB) in collaboration with the Ministry of Economic Development Trade and Enterprise (MZHTES) on 02 December at 12:00 am in the premises of Barleti University Campus 1, developed an activity themed "Use your Rights! ".
This meeting aimed to inform the students about consumer protection legislation and basic rights of consumers, through a presentation and a direct conversation with them, thus enabling the exchange of experiences on various occasions.
The event was opened by UB Rector, Prof. Marenglen Spiro who stressed the importance of consumer protection awareness.
Mrs.Vjollca Backa , the moderator of the activity made an introduction of topics that will be presented in this open lecture about the Awareness Campaign for Consumer Protection.
Representatives of the Ministry of Economic Development Trade and Enterprise presented:
- The legal framework related to consumer protection,
- The main rights of consumers and their implementation.
The participants had discussions and presented examples.
