Training session for the 2nd call grant beneficiaries of IPA CBS Albania-Montenegro Programme
On 19th of June at premises of Shkodra Municipality took place a training session for grant beneficiaries of the 2nd call for proposal of the Cross-border Programme Albania-Montenegro.
The training organized by the joint technical secretariat and the EU Delegation in Tirana was attended by more than 30 participants from Tirana and Shkodra representing NGOs, and different private and public institutions. In the training participated also two representatives from UB.
The training was leaded by Ms. Greta Raka, representative of Ministry of Integration, and Mr.Ivan Mazano Barragan, Programme Manager of EU Delegation in Tirana.
The topics discussed in this training included: grant contract cycle, service contracts, procurement procedures for supplies, work contracts, budget, visibility action and the process of monitoring and reporting. This training was very useful in providing the guidelines for properly implementation of the grant contract, while ensuring sound financial management of EU funds.
