The start of the Project Soft Skills - Training for Local Government
University Barleti, supported by the Agency for Support of Civil Society (AMSHC), launched this week the development of the project "Soft Skills beyond academic knowledge - Training of local government to improve the quality of local government".
This project consists in the development of trainings in different fields, which include: Information Technology, Professional English Language, Project Management and Financial Management. Trainings on the above areas will be developed in the Municipality of Elbasan Shushicë and municipalities of cities Krujë and Fushë-Krujë for local government employees.
On July 31, at premises of Shushice Municipality took place the first training session in a framework of the project Soft Skills for the Local Government Units. The topic of the training was Information Technology. The training was leaded by Mr. Andi Gjokutaj, lecturer at University Barleti. The topics discussed in this training included: the use of the database Access 2007, Excel 2007, HTML, PowerPoint 2007, Introducing Google Apps for NEw Business.
